Refund Policy

Trip Vega Inc. is happy to help you. Travelling is a kinetic process and random changes are always on the go. We make sure to assist our customers with sudden amendments to their travel plans in the most convenient way possible for both the parties.

Refund of tickets or cancellation policies and guidelines are subjective of the Airlines regulations in concern. Some of the bookings are non-refundable. Customers are requested to go through the cancellation policies carefully. Our customers are requested to go through cancellation policies of the airlines in reference of their respective bookings.

Flight tickets should be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the departure time. For some airlines it can be leveled to 7 hrs before the scheduled departure time. Airlines strictly reserve all rights and regulations regarding Refund features and credits with them. Trip Vega Inc. does not undertake any responsibility in respect of any such matter. The Airlines can also charge cancellation charges along with a service fee that is applicable on all type of tickets. Any applicable refunds will only be made through the same mode of payment that was used for booking. If bookings were made through an agent or Travel Company the applicable refund amount will be refunded to the travel agency or agent, customers in such a case will have to contact the agent or the agency to claim the refund.
